Refund policy

Olivia Graye Co. offers shipping label for a flat rate of $5.99 on unworn and non final sale pieces within 14 days of delivery. We would gladly waive this return shipping fee for item manufacture defects.

How To Start A Return:

• Email us at shopoliviagrayeco@gmail.com
• Include the following on your email:
• Your Name
• Email Address associated with the order
• Order Number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for your return

Once approved, we will send you a shipping label for your order.

Ensure the item(s) are securely packed in a small box, padded bubble mailer or original packaging if available.

Print and attach your return label to the package and drop it off within the 14 days return period to any USPS location near you.

Our returns department will inspect the items returned once the item(s) are received at our location. After inspection, if all the unworn returned items are approved to be in great condition, we will process the refund. Please note that a refund which does not include shipping initially paid may take about 7 business days to be returned to the original form of payment used.
